Convert avi to gif

Found this nice tool that does what the title of this post says. Quality looked good and frames were intact. Easy to use. http://sourceforge.net/projects/openavitogif/?source=directory

Make sure you download the dll files (also on the site ) and put them in the same folder that OpenAVIToGIF resides.

You can even resize the gif.
